Your template invitation is automatically sent to the email you provided at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours.

Yes! Once you’ve accepted your template invitation, you can add contributors through Settings → Permissions in your Squarespace dashboard. This lets your team members log in and help manage the site.
✨ Please note: Squarespace requires an Admin at all times. Ownership of the site can only be transferred to you after you accept the template invitation.

No — your template includes a 12-month free trial. That means you can take your time setting up and customizing your site without paying for a subscription until you’re ready to launch it live.

Yes — it’s a good idea to keep a duplicate as a reference while you explore. Just note that the copy may have some subtle differences from the original, and duplicates don’t include the 12-month free trial or the new customer discount.
✨ For the best results, I recommend using the duplicate only as a “practice site” or reference guide and doing your actual styling and edits on the original template.

A domain is your website’s address (like www.yourbusiness.com). You don’t need one to start building your site, but domains are one-of-a-kind. To be sure you get the name you want, we recommend securing your domain as soon as you have decided on a name.
