Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Section 4 - Squarespace Template Terms and Conditions
Our “Squarespace Templates” and “Squarespace Add-On Pages” are custom-designed layouts built on the Squarespace platform. When you purchase a “Squarespace Template” and/or a “Squarespace Add-On Service,” you acquire the license to utilize the template design for one (1) single Squarespace website design. You must register for another template for each client or website launch.Purchasers cannot sell our “Squarespace Templates” or “Squarespace Add-On Pages” in their own shop on their website. Additionally, purchasers cannot duplicate or distribute our “Squarespace Templates” or “Squarespace Add-On Pages” in their own shop on their website.Purchasers are not required to keep the footer credit line "Design by WildPixel" that comes included in the “Squarespace Templates.”Purchasers are responsible for choosing, paying for, and maintaining any required web-hosting services with Squarespace, including domain registrations and Squarespace plans.Purchasers are solely responsible for the client’s website security. The client agrees that WildPixel Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from or related to security breaches on the client’s site.The purchase of one (1) “Squarespace Website Template” and/or “Squarespace Add-On Page” includes 6 months of email technical support and troubleshooting. Email support does not include any guarantees of specific technical support beyond the scope of the intended template design. Because of our products' digital nature, no refunds are offered.
Section 5 - Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 7 - Refund and dispute policy
Because of the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered. If you have a dispute, please submit a formal written notice outlining the details at creatives@peachybranding.com. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to Peachy Branding LLC. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Texas, United States.
Section - 8 Currency
All transactions and pricing are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). USD is the default and sole transaction currency for all payments, invoices, and financial transactions associated with our services.
